Our Legacy

Founded in 2017 by Coach Senny Leong, the Lillian Osborne Legends football program was built on a simple promise: to develop student-athletes of character through the game of football. Since then, the program has grown into a culture of commitment, leadership, and excellence on and off the field. From dedicated coaches to alumni competing at the post-secondary level, the Legends continue to represent pride, discipline, and community. More than a team, Legends football is a brotherhood, a classroom, and a launching pad. Every season adds to the legacy, and every player who wears the crest helps carry it forward.

Our Three Foundations

Faith

Faith in something bigger than yourself. Belief systems are an important part of every individuals path in life. Faith is the quiet conviction that keeps you working when no one is watching.

Family

Family at home, family in the locker room. We honour the parents and guardians who got our players here, and we treat every player as a brother. The bonds you build here will last long after the final whistle.

Football

Football is the vehicle, not the destination. We compete fiercely, we play the game the right way, and we use every rep, every meeting, and every practice to grow as players and as people.

The Four Pillars of Our Program

Passion

Love and dedication for the game shows up in your effort; and the game gives back what you put in.

Resilience

Setbacks are not failures, they are information. Bad reps and tough losses are where character is forged.

Community

You represent your school, and our program. We strive to be good individuals throughout the community.

Character

Who you are when no one is watching is who you really are. Respect for others is a must — on the field, in the classroom, at home.
