Pricing FAQs

Is the price per team or for the organization?

The displayed price is the total monthly core subscription for one organization at its selected team tier. A six-team club would use Club & School at $159 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes and any optional extras it chooses.

Do coaches, players, or parents cost extra?

There are no per-user charges for coach and player accounts. Parents can access public team information without creating an account. Private dashboard information still requires the appropriate account and permissions.

What counts as a team?

A team is a separate squad with its own roster and team site. Football, basketball, and volleyball teams can sit under one school. Multiple squads in the same age group count separately. Renewing an existing team for a new season does not create an additional team, and archived seasons do not increase your team count.

What counts as one organization?

One organization is a school or independently operated club with shared leadership, administration, and billing. Districts, leagues, and arrangements involving multiple independently managed organizations should contact us about Enterprise, even if their team count is below 26.

Do larger plans include more features?

The three priced plans include the same core capabilities. Choose the tier that fits your number of teams, then add optional premium tools if you need them. Enterprise requirements are discussed individually.

What if we add more teams?

Contact us to add teams within your plan's allowance. If your organization needs more than 10 or 25 teams, contact us to discuss the next tier or an Enterprise plan. We will confirm any subscription change before it takes effect.
